Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi all,

A customer of ours has a requirement that auditors role need to be able to access all recordings, but supervisor can access only recordings of last 30 days.

Is there any way to achieve this?

I can see that Recording Management permission hava ability to add some conditions, but Recording age is not one of them. Btw I created an idea to add it (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/AMSEC-I-137). But I wonder if there is another way as a workaround-

As you discovered, there is no age limitation in the UI.  You could create a simple web page for the supervisors that only extracts 30 days of recordings from the API for playback in the web page and then not give them access to them in the UI.  The Oauth you use for the web app would be able to have access to recordings only and you can set the dropdown/selection in the web page to only allow 30 days.

No, there is no permission based on archives, just recordings overall.
