  • 1.  Agent activated Music on Hold

    Is there a way to change the stock Music on Hold when a caller is speaking to the agent and the agent depresses the hold button.  I can change it in the IVR, but not sure about the agent putting the customer on hold.

    You would have to replace the system on hold music.
