The Activity Summary of the reporting agent allows me to know the behavior of the agents in my organization. It provides me with information such as the time the agent was online, out of the queue, in the queue, interacting, etc. Is there a way I can get this information for a specific queue or disaggregate the information to the different queues that are assigned to the agent?
