    Education is excited to announce that the Genesys Cloud: WEM - Agent Activity View eLearning course has been updated to include information on the new Adherence Widget, now located within the Agent Overview screen. 
    With this update, agents can monitor their adherence by day, week, or month directly from the Activity view. The Adherence Widget provides real-time insight into schedule performance, helping agents stay informed, accountable, and empowered to take timely corrective action.
