Hello Greetings team,
The client asked us to create or configure alerts for agents with the following KPIs:
- TMO
- Out of queue
- Back Office Time
I've been going through some APIs and I couldn't get something for this ...
Could you tell me if there is any kind of API or development that you suggest can meet this requirement?

The Notifications API exists to help you do what you're looking to accomplish: https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/rest/v2/notifications/notification_service.
