    We are interested in looking at using Ai for speech  is there any plans to launch this outside of the US 

    We are based in EMEA

    Hi Con,

    Genesys are working on native Agent Assist for voice (digital went live recently) with a beta coming soon. I'd watch the beta HQ as that's likely to sign up soon.

    Hello,

    As Richard mentioned, there are plans to release Genesys Naitive Agent Assist for voice to beta, at the moment the target is Q1 of 2023. The public idea for this feature is under https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DXAA-I-42
