    I am having trouble reconciling the numbers in Agent Assist performance. The report shows a certain amount of Automatic Queries, however, when I start to add queues, to the filters, I'm not getting any results. I added every queue to the filter and still have 0 results

    Here is a screenshot with no filters added. 

    I add all of my call queues, and it reduces to 0

    Has anybody else had this issue?

    Nick,  I haven't seen your issue and am not replicating it in my org..   let me do some research and get other eyes on this

    Nick I reached out to the team and they reminded me that this is a known limitation for voice, and is in work to be resolved. I would expect this in about a month.
