I am having trouble reconciling the numbers in Agent Assist performance. The report shows a certain amount of Automatic Queries, however, when I start to add queues, to the filters, I'm not getting any results. I added every queue to the filter and still have 0 results
Here is a screenshot with no filters added.

I add all of my call queues, and it reduces to 0

Has anybody else had this issue?
