Hi guys
The current and documented limit where conversations longer than 15-20 minutes don't get a summary is a big concern for us here. Are most of you finding this to be actually be the case? Do we know if there's work being done to improve that, or at the very least see if the first 15 minutes can still be used to generate this? Maybe what it needs is some process to run throughout the call analysing it in somewhat realtime instead of waiting for post-call to run the whole transcript through the AI?
I imagine there's a lot of companies out there with average talk times over that 15 minute mark.
