    Customer is using GC2 named 50 licenses currently. 

    If customer would like to use Agent Assist Voice for only 5uses, it is possible by adding only 5 licenses?

    Once you install the Add-on,, you enable it through specific permissions for conversion summary and knowledge surfacing.
