  • 1.  Agent Checklist Configuration Not Saving

    Anyone else having an issue inside of the Agent Checklist Editor when trying to save? I added 7 questions and when I tried to save it gave me an error. I've been able to save 2 questions so far, but nothing else.

    Hi Efrain,

    I did not have issues, but usually the browser console logs will give you a good start to check what's going wrong.

    I can reproduce the alerts regarding the "No localized string available for "neutral-undefined" for "en" locale. Falling back to English translation"., nut I can still add items to a checklist. So I guess you can rule that out. Maybe check if it works in incognito mode, if that works, clear the bowser cache.

    I appreciate your help. I turned on logging and then tried it again, and this screenshot shows some errors and warnings. I don't know enough to understand if it's even relevant, but thanks again for the insight and response. 

    I would like to say I am going to open up a ticket to get this looked into, but the reality is that like a large percentage of users, I am going to give up on trying to use this feature (which can be great when it works...), and just like that one more feature that could have been a huge ROI for Genesys gets buried. Sadly, I've run into this type of situation countless times since I started using Genesys Cloud in Jan 2024. Executive stakeholders expect way more seamless functionality for the cost of Gen licenses.

    Hi Efrain,

    might be best to open up a ticket indeed. In my personal experience with different Genesys Cloud organisations in different AWS locations and working from different physical locations, most issues relate to networking (last mile, firewall, VDI) or local issues/settings (browser or OS). In general I do not see much issues using Genesys Cloud.

    Hi Efrain,

    Id start with some basic troubleshooting:

    • Check if you have all the permissions for creating and saving checklists
    • log out and log back or clear your browser cache

    I think you should open a case with the product support team if neither of the above steps fix the issue.
