While different documents recommend not exceeding 8–12 items in the agent checklist, the system in practice only allows adding 7 items. Is there a way to increase this limit?

I check our Limits page and I did not see that as a configurable limit.

In the Best Practice section of this Link , it is mentioned that defining between 8–12 items would be a good option. However, in practice, the system allows adding a maximum of 7 items. I believe the information in this link needs to be updated.
