    Can someone clarify the Prerequisites of enabling Agent Copilot?

    We have CX2 with AI Tokens but after creating an Agent Copilot we dont get the live transcription and of course the Wrap-up and Call Summary doesn't work.

    Do we need any addon?

    Hello Jorge, 

    For live transcription and call summary you need to have cloud-based media services enabled. Edge and media tier version 1.0.0.9950 or later. The features must be enabled for your organization by Genesys.
