Hi community, hopefully someone can point me to right direction, being asked about of following:
- how does Agent copilot - thumb up and down human in loop feature affect the model tuning at background?
- how many sample data is required to trigger model training /tuning?
- what would be good criterial ( quantifiable) to be considered for agent to vote thumb up or down?
- Is there a report available to see how many thumb up and down and/or trending up or down from Agent copilot performance perspective.
And other report can assist business to analyze how effective of Agent Copilot performance, currently we only use summarization function only as pilot POC.
