Hello Everyone,
When attempting to assign an Agent Copilot to any queue, an error stating "Failed to load licenses" occurs.
Other symptoms include the following:
・Users who should have Copilot licenses assigned show a "Missing" status
・When attempting to assign Copilot to specific queue members, the user cannot be selected
・The "Failed to load licenses" error message appears both when clicking "Assign Copilot" (as shown in the attached image) and when clicking "Confirm assignment" at the bottom of the member list screen after proceeding.
