Does any kind of metric in a view for Agent Copilot? 

Does any API that reports information about Agent Copilot or Knowledge metrics?

Hi Maria,

The current dashboards available would be Genesys Agent Assist performance dashboard and Knowledge performance dashboard.

There is also an Idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab for Agent Copilot Performance Dashboard to give insights into KPI's.  If the above dashboards don't provide exactly what you are looking for, then I would recommend adding your requirements and use case to the idea so they can be considered.

Also, although not in a view there is an Analytics API to Query for agent copilot aggregates that may give you more information in the meantime.
