    The Genesys Cloud: AI – Agent Copilot – Setup and Configuration course was great, but with how fast things are moving in the Agent Copilot space, it might get outdated pretty quickly. Hopefully the Genesys Education team can keep things updated as this evolves.
    Also, once you're done, check out Genesys Cloud CX: Agent Copilot – Advanced Custom Summaries - the summaries are a big part of how the Copilot actually helps the Agent.
    And don't forget to fill out the survey with some helpful feedback. You know the saying: 'Help me to help you.' 😉

    Good call out on the advanced custom summaries. This is certainly one of the new flagship features within our copilot and absolutely necessary to have in our Set Up & Config course. I will make sure this is included in our next iteration of the course. Thanks!

    The summarization feature is definitely a must have. In every customer interaction I have where Copilot is the topic, summarization stands out as a cherry on top on Employee Experience.
