Hello - wondering if anyone can help or guide me with the below query.
We have an evaluation that got assigned to evaluator on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 12:01 AM and evaluator released it on 1/2/26 for an interaction happened on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, 3:16:27 PM. What i am trying to understand is - system is counting based on the date of that the evaluation is completed or released and not based on the date of the call - is this working correctly? Because of this the count does not match with the actual number of evaluations that are being completed in the current month.
Any help of clarity is appreciated.
