Hello Jeroen
That is very strange.
When you click play under "Available Greetings" on the agents settings, does it play and change the language to Dutch?

Hi Stephan,
I tried both recording from the agent's side in nl-NL and setting a default recording through the API with nl-NL and in both way I set it as default as well, but I just hear a beep and not the recording.

Good Day Jeroen
I made a test call now on my side and was able to hear the agent greeting on the manual outbound call via the queue.
Just to confirm, you did the recording on the agent side and selected Dutch before making the recording? On my first test I recorded a Dutch greeting but forgot to change the language first, so it was recorded under "English" Language

Regards
Stephan

Subject: Agent Greetings
Hi,
I am trying to get the Agent greetings to work for manual outbound calls, but it only works when using the en-US locale in the prompt recordings. When using nl-nl for the prompt, setting it as default and setting the queue language to nl-NL. the receiving party does not hear the recording. I also checked the trunk language, but it does not make a difference.
Am I missing something?
Thanks,
