    Hi,

    our customer needs to deliver an audio message, during answer of the operator, recite the operator ID that has just responded, and the place from which it responds. This is a requirement that comes from a new law that is applied to all Italian contact center. it is possible to do this?

    It sounds like you need what we usually call the "Agent Greeting", which plays to the caller when an ACD call is being connected to an agent.

     

    That is a feature which has been discussed, but which is not currently a priority. I suggest you contact Support and submit an Enhancement Request to make sure your need is registered with Product Management.
