Hi All -
Wondering if anyone has some tips / experience on setting the Agent's default 'Landing Page' ...
A Customer wants to have their Agent desktop to display the following on their initial login:
- 'Interaction' Panel visible (left hand side)
- 'My Queues Activity' visible (right hand side)
Thoughts? Is this possible? Other options?
