    Hey. I am pulling reports for Performance by Agent and Status by Agent. Every morning, I have to export two reports to view the data and compile and view stats. 
    Does anyone know if its possible to pull a report that would include both views into one so I'm not manipulating multiple reports? Thank you for your help

    We would be interested in seeing this as well, today we are manipulating those two reports to make one report.

    Hello!

    Our teams are working on a feature where scheduled exports will be dropped to a static, centralized location where an application can always read the latest version.  With this feature, you'd be able to use an external tool to automate combining the two together.  More information about this feature can be found here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-static-link/  We are currently active in a beta, if you're interested in signing up feel free to send me a message and we can discuss enrolling your organization.

    Introducing static download links for export

    Users can now download the scheduled export's CSV from a static link. Users can leverage the dynamically configured UI views, and use the static link to reference the data within their preferred BI tools. The static link simplifies the export process for business users. For more information, see Generate static link and Export view data. No Restriction by User or Required User to Access.
