    I'm trying to retrieve agent performance statistics using the developer API. Which API casn be used ? What data format will the API return, and what are the fields included

    Hi Anna, I hope the segment in the Q&A show showed you how to find the API and Metrics being pulled to populated the Performance view, but let me know if you need more information/clarification
