Darlene, I've tried that view the issue is it groups the interactions per user, making it difficult to distinguish who marked it, interaction type etc.
Thanks, Lesley, any suggestions on which APIs would give me a similar view to the report and do you know whether this is able to be pulled into e-mites at all?

Have you tried using the Performance views and exporting from there? Performance > Agents > Evaluations?

Hi All,
Does anyone know a way to extract this report without the agents markings showing under headings each time, it is causing alot of extra work through constant reformatting when pulled for daily/weekly reporting. as you can't extract from the evaluation screen either in agent, i can not see a way around this.
