    Hello,

    It is possible for a remote agent (with remote phone) to hear the voicemail via phone and not on the pc?

    Dial *86 in the client to get to the voicemail menu.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the answer.

    But i mean if you have a callback voicemail. You can only hear it via pc loud speaker, it would be nice to have it on the remote phone.

    No, there is no provision for listening to routed voicemail over the phone.

    Hi, Mark - I entered an Idea into the Idea lab for this as well - we have remote phones and currently our agents are going back and forth between computer headsets and phone headsets to listen to VM before making callbacks.  Please vote for it the idea number is: 

    CLINB-I-404

    Also, in the meantime, we are looking into headsets that allow the agent to toggle between the remote phone and the computer.  They are around $180 each compared to $65 for the phone headsets we are currently using.  I can get the details for you if you like.
