  • 1.  Agent secure flow beeps on return to agent

    customer wants an audible notification when the secure flow that the agent instigates finishes and control is past back to the agent. At the moment they have to stare at the screen till the secure flow banner disappears.

    After 4 years of waiting, this still hasn't been implemented.

    Hi Tim... a couple of years ago Genesys changed their aha portal and a bunch of ideas got changed/re-numbered/lost in that.  Here is the current version of the idea I raised back in 2020:
