  • 1.  Agent Shift Trades of a shot time slot

    Hello,

    I have a question regarding shift trades between agents. is it possible to trade only one hour between two agents?

    The agents can trade a day, but never an hour. When they attempt to trade a time, the full day is traded. I can't find the configuration that would give the possibility of swapping an hour.

    Any help appreciated,

    The Shift Trading feature as it is today only supports trading entire shifts.

    Hi Romuald, 
    at the moment, as Joe has said, shift trades are only for an entire shift. We are working on a new feature that allows employees to trade with system-generated shifts. This may help as it will provide the employee with more shift alternatives and there might be a combination that enables them to take the time needed without trading a part shift. As we develop Shift Trade features we will be looking at more part-day options. 

    Alternative Shifts is scheduled for release in Q4 2023 and will be the 1st of many new employee flexibility features.
