    Hi, 

    We randomly see a "-" value rather than a numeric value for the Idle Agents widget. Do we know the cause, or has this happened to anyone else?

    Hello Melissa, 

    I would recommend opening a case to product support to get this looked at. I am not sure why its adding those "-". But they can review logging and escalate through the proper channels if needed.
