    Does PureCloud offer the option for agent-to-agent live listening for training purposes?

    You can enable the monitoring permission on a role and assign to those agents so they can monitor like supervisor can.

    If the agents are seated near each other in a contact center you can use a splitter on a physical phone or headset.

    If you use the Monitor permission be advised it does not allow you to lock it down to a single other user.
