Hello,

Is it possible to resize the sections I have highlighted in red and blue? Or to move the conversation panel marked in red to a different location, or enable auto-hide for it?

I have a website embedded in the script that should open when the interaction starts, but it doesn't display properly because of this, and agents have to scroll horizontally. When using Focus Mode, the conversation disappears, which is also inconvenient.

I have looked into this myself and found that this is currently a limitation in our current UI. You will need to submit a enhancement request in our ideas portal. Unless I am missing something obvious.
