Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an intermittent issue with Agentic Virtual Agent in Genesys Cloud.
After around 4 interactions in a conversation (sometimes more, sometimes less), the bot randomly fails and returns the following message:
"Something went wrong. Our team has been notified. Sometimes, rephrasing your request and trying again will work."
This happens inconsistently - sometimes the flow continues normally, and other times it breaks with that error.
Context:
- Using Agentic Virtual Agent
- Happens mid-conversation (not on first interaction)
- No clear pattern so far
- The flow itself is relatively simple (no obvious errors in design)
Has anyone experienced something similar with Agentic bots?
Any ideas on what could be causing this or how to debug it effectively?
