Hi,

Is it possible to set up an agentless outbound campaign and present variable TTS message to each contact?
Lets say I upload a contact list and I want to tell each contact a message that includes a different value for each, for example: "Hi,we are calling you from Genesys insuraces. We want to tell that the experiation date of your insurance is <VARIABLE DATE>"

Is it possible to do it taking this data from a colum in the contact list? Is it possible to take this variable data from an external system?

I guess this is possible... what I also want to know is how easy is to set up.

You would configure an Outbound Call flow in Architect to play whatever you want, which can include data pulled from the contact list or (using Data Actions) an outside data source.
