    Hello,

In an out bound flow how to detect the end users end of voice mail message, so then play a prompt as to leave a  voice mail? Currently I have setup 5sec sillence as initial greeting, then a Play audio on silence at the beginning of the flow(5sec) and detect silence(1sec) but still the beginning of  prompt gets cut off in the Voicemail. What is the correct way to set this up?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Nilashee,

An interesting issue and not something that I have experimented with.  Hopefully someone in the community will be able to help answer your question

Hi everyone, I'm also experiencing this issue and appreciate if someone could suggest a fix to this. Thanks

I know we can "Enable beep detection' under the Call analysis responses but then it won't play the recorded message unless the bot records a voice on the other end. It will only play the recorded prompt if someone says something on their end.

When beep detection is enabled, then the action for answering machine detection (e.g., transfer to call flow) occurs when the machine beep is detected.

Romi, are you seeing issues with beep detection when the call goes to voicemail and the beep is not reached and detected? Are you reaching answering machines where there is no speech greeting but just a beep that is not being detected.  Can you please clarify the issue?
