    Hi Everyone! I'm new to Genesys and I'm trying to set up a agentless campaign that plays a .wav message when it detects a Live contact or voicemail. I'm Stuck 



    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Travis

    1. Frist create an Outbound Flow in Architect that plays the audio message then Disconnect (assuming that's what you intend to do)
    2. Then create a Call Analysis Response (CAR) under Admin > Outbound section. For the Response Actions, select Transfer to Outbound Flow and choose the flow created in Step 1
    3. Lastly, create an AgentLess Campaign and associate CAR created in the step 2.
