    Hello Orestis,

    Just to clarify-Genesys Cloud domains can't be used for outbound email campaigns or agentless email notifications.

    For those use cases, the domain needs to be configured specifically as "Campaign/Agentless."

    Per the documentation, domain types like Genesys Cloud, Custom Domain, and Microsoft Graph aren't supported for outbound campaigns or agentless sends.

    So if you're setting this up, you'll want to make sure you're using the correct domain type to avoid any issues.
