Hi Team

We are trying to send an Agentless Email Campaign.We have our Campaign/Agentless domain configured and we are able to send an Email Campaign.

When we use same details for Agentless Email it shows below error.

Could you please let us know what data is missing/incorrect

Sounds like your using the wrong Oauth method, have you tried using Client Credentials?

Hi Maragatham - where are you trying to send from?  You will  get this message if you're trying to send from within Genesys Cloud (for example developer center) , meaning user context will be attached to the request. You'd need to send from outside of GC with client credentials.

Yes i tried from developer tool. Now i tried from Postman with OAuth Client Credentials it worked with Oauth Client Credentails.Thank you Jody and Jan
