I would like to use the SMS agentless API to send a survey message after an inbound call but before I start ordering I have a few questions:
1. since I will not redirect the answers to agents but rather save them in a data base, do I need more than 1 digital addon license? Currently my customer has CX1.
2. Where could I store the answers? is there like a blueprint how to create an S3 bucket and push the answers in it?
3. Is it possible to send these SMS in behalf of another number? Customer would like to show the main number to his customers not a totally new number purchased from Genesys.
