Setup:
Virtual Edge
extensions configured in PureCloud as 'Generic Phone'.
We use Xlite as SIP phone.
What goes OK
- registration of the phone (comes in green in PureCloud)
- if an agent is logged on in Purecloud, has extension 3003 selected, he can, using the interface, call another agent (by his/her name). This works: the other agent receives the voice interaction in xlite, and they can talk
What does not go OK
- If - regardless of using PureCloud interface or the actual sip phone - agent 1 tries to call agent 2 directly on extension (3004), nothing arrives on the other end (agent 2). After +/- 15 seconds, the call is dropped
