    Greetings everyone.

    I'm preparing myself to a meeting with our client were we are going to discuss the Edge integration with their existing call manager.

    I've been reading about dial by extension and outbound routes in help.mypurecloud but I'd really like to have a clear view of what one can do in PureClud using extensions. Namely,

    • What functionalities do we achieve when we configure extensions in a person's detail?
    • Can a PureCloud user receive an external call to his extension?
    • Can we assign a DID to a flow that expects an extension (using DTMF) and redirects to the correspondent user?
