  • 1.  Agents going off queue automatically

    We are having a few agents reporting that they are going off queue automatically. We have reached out to support to find out what the issue could be. Any help with this would be great.

    Hi Michael, Did you see any error in the Browser console log? I guess then this can idea.

    If you don't use Chrome Browser, I recommend... because is better.

    We are using Chrome browser. What error in the console logs should we be looking for ?
