Hi all,
does anyone has problem that some agents has no queue call distributed. after checked, it should be those agents marked as interacting, but actually it is not. i checked in the Queue Activity, it classified those agents in Interacting, but their actually status is not interacting or even offline. already tried, inactive the agent and re active the agent in User administration page still not help. Already raised PureCloud support ticket for almost 2 months, still has no solution or workaround. does anyone has similar problem and got fixed? please help.
