  • 1.  Agents no longer alphabetical on dashboard

    Hi all,

    We have multiple dashboards for different departments and today we noticed that the agents listed within the dashboards no longer show up in alphabetical order, as they did yesterday. No changes were made on our part, i cant find any setting that would allow me to rearrange the listing of the agents into alphabetical order. I also cannot tell why they are in the order they are...the times in status are all different, names are not alphabetical or in reverse order. Has anyone else experienced this or can point me to a way to resort the users?

    This was reported before and is happening to our organization as well, specifically the Agent Performance Report.   I manually fixed it, just wondering why it was changed.

    Hi Dawn,

    Sorry I was wrong yesterday when I mentioned that this issue seemed unrelated to the beta. We just found out that this issue is related to the dashboard beta we released yesterday. This was an indirect impact of work done for the dashboard edit functionality. I apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on fixing this issue as soon as possible and we can disable this beta for your organization until this issue is resolved.

    Do you want the beta disabled?
