    Agents are receiving blank chats and with messages like participant joined the chat,

    Any inputs how to fix this problem?

    Hi @_sachin,

    Are you using Web Messenger? Is this with native UI disabled and building your own UI using Messenger Headless SDK?

    If they are using MessagingService.startConversation command in headless with autoStart enabled, it is possible this might happen. To properly handle this, recommend using the MessagingService.configureConnection command along with MessagingService.joinConversation as we documented here - https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messengersdk/messengerHeadlessmodeSDK#automatically-starting-the-conversation.
