    What is the best way to hide queues that an agent needs to take calls in, yet you don't want then to place calls on behalf of?

    Hi Daniel, I'm not sure if there is a way.  I guess if there is a permission specifically for calling on behalf of queue, you could put some queues into one division, and some into another and then give the user that on behalf of queue permission just for particular divisions.  But I don't believe there is such a permission.
