    Hi,

    What role is required for agents to see performance analytics? They are able to see the same in user and employee,agent roles, but facing issues since yesterday with the error-- You are missing tab permissions. Your tabs, filters, and other settings will not be saved between sessions until you have all Analytics Tab Configurations permissions granted.

    The error is related to the Workspaces and resolved with this permission: Analytics > Tabs Configurations > All Permissions
    However, this is more about saving the Workspaces than actual access to view any of the performance views contained therein. Those have their own individual permissions. If they can't view the performance view at all, then there may be a different issue involved.
