Hey Mate,
There isn't much you need to do to enable this - so much so that it's not about enabling as much as it is making sure the agent just as a phone assigned to them(WebRTC Phone would be the best), and they have a headset at home (if taking calls)
My center works in house and from home all the time, one of the main reasons that I got this platform is the ability to use it from everywhere.
