Hi

We are using AI evaluations to check for compliance statements during calls, which it is doing quite well.  What we would like to do is submit the evaluation via a trigger/action to remove the need for a supervisor to complete the evaluation.

I have looked at the API's but score is not bought back on a get or put even though the reasoning is and prevents us changing the status of the eval.

Has anyone got any thoughts on how we could achieve this please.

Are you subscribing to "v2.quality.evaluations" for the trigger? I see the evaluation score in the event schema for that topic.
