Hello WEM Community!  A little over a month ago, I posted about some limited availability releases that were available for Genesys Cloud.  I wanted to bring this back to the top of the community and invite any of our WEM customers to sign up if you would like to be considered for the Limited Availability.  As a reminder, the following features are what is currently available (free through March 31st 2025):

• AI Scoring:
  • Ability to add up to 15 AI-driven questions to your Quality Management form(s)
• AI Translate:  
  • Ability to translate existing transcripts into your selected language(s)
• AI Summary:
  • Quick summary overview of an agent interaction for the supervisor

Please note, not everyone that fills out the form will be selected to participate in the limited availability release.  The WEM PM team is reviewing all candidates and selecting based on a number of criteria, including but not limited to: usage, size, geography, ability to provide feedback, etc.
