    Hello WEM Community!  We are looking for customers who would be interested in trying out our soon to be released AI Translation capabilities.  AI Translate will provide you with On Demand AI translation so you can better understand interactions when managing global teams.  If you are an active Quality and Speech and Text Analytics user and you have interest any interest in being one of the AI Translation pilot customers, please send me a direct message at: (robert.beasley@genesys.com)

    Melinda, there are over 70 languages that will be suppported with this feature. Was there a particular language you are interested in?

    Hi Robert,
    This feature allows supervisors/agents to use the user interface to translate the transcription. This does not update the original transcription saved in Genesys Cloud. Is that correct?

    That is correct, David.  AI Translation does not remove or change the original transcript. It simply allows you to create a translation of the existing transcript.  Going forward, that interaction (or interactions) will have two transcripts available (original plus translated).

    In the future when two transcripts are available, will the APIs be able to extract both the original and translated transcripts?
