My customer would like to know if we can send an alert to the supervisor in case of a negative sentiment score during or after a recording?
I think for now we provide an alert when the interaction is over, right? could you tell me how to put that in place if I want to test ?
I heard we could be able to alert the supervisor during the interaction without waiting until the end. Would you have more details on this coming feature and when it will be available?
